His mission when launching the company was simply to be the most trusted, creative and ground-breaking luxury real estate consultancy in London. Mr Lee has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors and has instilled his personal work ethic and approach across the business.

With nearly 20 years experience in the real estate sector, Barry has grown the vision, the team and our international operations. He guides the strategic direction of the business in London and across the globe.
Tom Russell
MD - Africa Division
Tom is the Managing Director for LMC Capital's Africa division and has been involved in the real estate space in London and West Africa for over a decade. A resident in Ghana, Tom is strategically positioned to provide our African clients with on-ground expertise and knowledge in the London and Dubai real estate space.
